Ruffled metal form

I am not sure for which jewelry I could use the form shown in the photos. But since ruffles are a favorite of mine I go on with my experiments until I will find the answer.

Using anticlastic techniques I shaped the flat metal into a double layered crescent form. I introduced the ruffles by straitening the crescent form with my hands.
