Anticlastic sculptures in the streets of Singapore

Walking in the streets of Singapore is like visiting an outdoor sculpture museum. The sculptures come in all sizes and styles: modern and classic, big and small.
I liked many of them but naturally I was especially attracted to the two sculptures that resemble anticlastic/synclastic works.
Unfortunately I didn't find the names of the artists. The first is located in Raffles place. The building next to the second one had the inscription ROYAL one Phillip.
