Inspiration

Over the years I have seen Gingko inspired jewelry, but I never saw a Gingko tree. Two years ago, on a trip to Japan I came upon a Gingko tree avenue located next to Jo castle in Osaka. The huge leafy trees made a big impression on me. Yet all I could take home with me were five leafs. I photocopied them in several sizes and used those as models for my jewelry.
