I have tried this technique with 3 cooper shapes.
Indeed the S-curve can be seen on the edge but I couldn’t get it as developed
as in the book. I tried to work on more than one edge of the same shape and it
quite distorted the entire form.
I had two problems with this project the first was
that I did not quite get it, I should look back into it with more time and patience. The second problem was that the nice S-curve can be seen when looking from the
side yet I am still wondering how to incorporate it into jewelry.
Small pieces can be used as components of earrings or necklaces but as for the
larger pieces I am still looking for a suitable design.
