Stained glass & wood "bead"

This magnificent staircase is part of Alcazar, the royal palace which was created by Moorish Muslim kings and is located in Seville, Spain. The walls are decorated with traditional ceramic tiles. The staircase  is illuminated by a lamp made of glass and wood that looks like a giant bead. I would have been very happy if I could wear it on a chain around the neck……..
