Tear-shaped gold pendant & earrings

Using counter syclast technique I have fabricated a tear-shaped gold (14K) pendant, it was sold but as an earring. Shortly after I have fabricated a similar, yet a bit smaller pendant, it was sold as an earring as well. Only the third pendant I have fabricated was sold to be worn as a pendant. Here is my customer and friend, Malka, wearing her set of jewelry. The moral is that after the goldsmith finishes his work, the jewel gets its own life, unrelated to what the artist envision in his mind
