Gold and aquamarine jewelry

 lately I have been very busy preparing lectures for the workshops I teach. I totally gave up working in the studio. But when a bead fell from from an earring I was about to wear I went to the studio to fix it. Suddenly I was so eager to work and make something new that I just took aquamarine beads from stock and made a pair of earrings. I did not even have gold wire to make a lock for the bracelet so I disassembled another bracelet that I stopped wearing and used its lock.

The bracelet and earrings are not particularly original but what an amazing color the beads have and how beautifully they blend in with my other jewelry! I am pleased. Hope to return to the studio soon.
